Festoon System are used to electrify various types of mobile equipment. They can be designed not only to support and protect flat and round electrical cables, but air and water hoses as well. Need help assembling the festoon system? Systems can be pre-assembled at the factory to ease installation and reduce time. Festoon systems are typically used on overhead cranes, port cranes, refuse cranes and other material handling applications. We also have a solution for extremely corrosive environments. I-Beam Cable / Hose Festoon Systems:

Electro Power festoon cable systems guide electrical power cables (as flat and round cables) and hoses for gaseous and liquid media to movable devices. The cable festoon systems are guided in tracks (profiled tracks, square or I-shaped profile).

General Information:

All tracks can be bent in accordance with the track layout under consideration of the minimum bending radius and the cable loop depths. Naturally, we manufacture our cable festoon systems in accordance with VDE regulations. In addition to the power supply, cable festoon systems can guide a large number of control lines and optical fiber cables, which optionally can also be moved with control carriers independent of the power loads.
